Kosim International and Travelover Sign MOU to Enhance Travel Insurance Services
Kosim International Co., Ltd. and Travelover Co., Ltd. have joined forces to enhance travel insurance services and strengthen the competitiveness of global travel platforms. The two companies recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) covering comprehensive cooperation in travel insurance services. The agreement focuses on seamlessly integrating the entire process—from subscription and policy management to claims handling—to improve both user convenience and safety. Under the agreement, Kosim International will expand travel insurance-linked services for users of its global eSIM-based roaming platform, “Kosim.” Travelover will be responsible for overall insurance operations, including policy management, administration, and claims processing. Through this collaboration, the companies aim to establish a system that enables faster and more structured responses to various risks that may occur during travel. In particular, both companies will actively promote digital transformation by implementing a B2B-based contract management automation system. This includes simplifying the subscription process, enabling real-time data integration, and enhancing customer convenience. These efforts are expected to provide efficient and reliable services not only to corporate clients but also to individual travelers. Juhyun Song, CEO of Kosim International, stated, “This agreement marks the starting point for building an integrated platform that encompasses telecommunications, insurance, and travel, going beyond simple service linkage. We will continue to expand partnerships to deliver safer and more convenient experiences for global travelers.” A representative from Travelover added, “Through our collaboration with Kosim International, we expect to improve accessibility and operational efficiency in travel insurance services while delivering a differentiated customer experience.”
